Yes, this is the iconic Australian native grass tree, it has been part of our history and has a special place.
Now these guys grow very slowly, our plants are seed grown and about 2 years old, to give you an idea. It is not easy to find such young plants and so have a chance to grow this amazing tree.
These plants thrive in well drained, aerated soils with low nutrient content and in a sunny position.
Add sand or gravel to improve drainage if potting up. If placing out into the garden best results are achieved by planting on top of a mound. Be super careful to reduce the amount of disturbance to roots.
