Returns Policy - At Lush Plants we strive to provide the best customer service possible!

We work really hard and take great care to grow amazing plants for you to enjoy.  We will only sell you great plants and guarantee your plants to arrive in great condition.  

However, we can not be held responsible for how they perform after that.  Lots of factors will influence how your plants perform including climate, soil, pH, mulching, sun / shade, over or under watering.  Sometimes patience is required and the plant will take time to grow and flower.  Please do further research on a plant if you are unsure it will grow in your local area, sometimes you may suceed in growing something others cannot grow and sometimes you may not, that's gardening!  

We really want you to be sucessful in your gardening endeavours and come back and buy more plants!  We will do our best to sort out any issues you maybe having, so if things go wrong please let us know about it.

 

Returns - Living Plants

All our plants go through a quality check and are packaged carefully before they leave the nursery.  

Should any of your plants arrive damaged we will replace the damaged plants for you for free, or we can provide a credit or refund.

Please note that photo’s of the parcel & the plant/s must be provided within 24hrs of delivery before a decision is made to refund, exchange or credit.  Plants being returned must be returned within 48hrs as they are perishable.

If the postage box is damaged, please don't immediately return it, please open, carefully unpackage as described on the brochure inside the box and inspect the plants.  You may find the plants are absolutely fine, it is only the box that is damaged!

 

Lost Parcels

All our plants can be traced through Australia Post’s EParcel Post service.

If your parcel is lost during transport by Australia Post, although this is out of our control, we will still replace your order, or provide a credit or refund, up to the value of $100 (excluding postage costs).

However, as we ask you to provide a mailing address to send your plants via eparcel, if you provide the wrong address or delivery instructions we will not be held responsible for loss, delay or damage, so please check your address carefully.

 

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund or exchange if the goods you recieve are not the same as we described on the website or arrive damaged.

If you are granted a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or no longer want the goods or choose the wrong plant, size, colour.  

If you decide to cancel an order before it is posted - there is a 25% restocking fee.  So please choose carefully and read the information we offer on the website before ordering.

Please note that postage and Paypal fees are costs already incurred – these costs are not refunded in any case.

 

Returns - Non-plant items

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We must receive items in their original condition and goods will be inspected before an exchange, refund or credit is processed.

Please include proof of purchase with your returned item. Postage to return the item is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you select registered post with added insurance.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, you are responsible for the postage costs of the exchange item. Claims are only accepted within 2 weeks of your parcel arriving!

If your items arrive damaged, or are deemed not to meet the advertised performance, we will provide an exchange if available, or we can provide a credit or refund. Goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt or as soon as is practically possible.

Goods are subject to inspection before refund, exchange or credit is processed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
