Ordering & Delivery Policy


We CANNOT take orders for delivery in Tasmania, Western Australia, NT or overseas at this time due to quarantine requirements.


All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), and include GST unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice.


All payments are processed through our shopping cart protected by secure SSL. Payment is accepted through bank deposit / credit card and PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card payments.


All orders are despatched on Monday though Wednesday, most on a Monday.  This allows us time to pick, prepare and carefully package your precious plants.

We take great care in preparing our plants for transport which requires some preparation, and therefore we have a cut-off time for our orders. We can only pack & post orders which are paid for BEFORE 6am on Sunday.  

Orders which are paid for after 6am Sunday will be posted the following week. We only post orders Monday through Wednesday, so that plants can be well prepared. 

Orders are delivered via Australia Post using E-parcel.  If needed, we can trace your parcel.  Although most parcels arrive without any problems, it gives us peace of mind to know that E-parcel parcels have a tracking number. Your parcel is scanned at several points along the journey.  We reserve the right to hold orders containing live plants if we think the weather is not suitable, or postage is delayed due to public holidays etc. Sometimes weather conditions are severe and it’s best to hold the plants until travel conditions improve. We will always contact you in such a situation, or you can notify us of any weather conditions in your area.

Changes & Cancellations

We must be notified of any changes or cancellations to your order as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are only accepted before your order is picked, which occurs on Saturday.  If we have already depotted or packaged your order, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged.

We clearly state we can't send outside of Australia, nor to W.A. or TAS, NT so please DO NOT purchase if you are located in those places, unless you are sending the order to QLD, NSW, ACT, Vic or SA.  

If you do order and we need to refund you, we will deduct any fees we are charged by Paypal or the bank and an administration fee of 10% to process the refund. 


As a policy, we don’t place orders on back order. Do not pay for anything that is not in stock.  Any refund negotiated will be minus associated banking fees plus an administration fee of 10%.
