Ordering & Delivery Policy
We CANNOT take orders for delivery in Tasmania, Western Australia, NT or overseas at this time due to quarantine requirements.
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All payments are processed through our shopping cart protected by secure SSL. Payment is accepted through bank deposit / credit card and PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card payments.
Most orders are despatched on Monday or Tues although we may occasionally post on additional days during busy times. We always carefully consider weather conditions and plant type when making decisions to post a little earlier. You will recieve a shipping notification on dispatch.
We take great care in preparing our plants for transport which requires some preparation, and therefore we have a cut-off time for our Monday / Tues shipments. We can only pack & post orders which are paid for BEFORE 6am on Sunday. Orders which are paid for after 6am Sunday will be posted the following week.
Orders are delivered via Australia Post using E-parcel. You will recieve a tracking email. If needed, we can trace your parcel but delays are very rare. We reserve the right to hold orders containing live plants if we think the weather is not suitable, or postage is delayed due to public holidays etc. Sometimes weather conditions are severe and it’s best to hold the plants until travel conditions improve. We will always contact you in such a situation, or you can notify us of any weather conditions in your area.
Changes & Cancellations
We must be notified of any changes or cancellations to your order as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are only accepted before your order is picked, which occurs on Saturday. If we have already depotted or packaged your order, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged.
We do not take back orders. Do not pay for anything that is not in stock. Any refund negotiated will be minus associated banking fees plus an administration fee of 10%.
